4/4 KISA OC member meeting

1. About Organization

A. Introduce member

l Lisa, Damian, Tek, Selina, Eunhye, Tadashi, Prabir, Kimi, Xiabing, Anna

B. Cyworld club for OC member

l But, it has few prob. First of all, everybody have to join to Cyworld, but it’s pretty hard to join. (Anna will send some tip for join that site the member who didn’t join yet.) And also Cyworld choose the main language as Korean. It’s so hard to use for members who are not familiar using Korean.

l So, we’d better to make new web club using English site like MSN, Blogspot etc.

l Dept of Human Resources (Damian, Selina, Tek) will be in charge of this work.

C. Team Activities

D. Weekly Meetings

l The time is proper. (10:00-11:30) but, everybody have to keep on time!!!!
l And about the place to meet, we’ll think about more.

E. Monthly events

l We’ll have 4 meetings on a month, every saturday. (2 formal, and 2 informal)

1st week- official meeting for OC members (planning, making ideas etc)
2ndweek- small activity for friendship with OC members (having dinner, watching movie etc)
3rdweek- official meeting for OC members like 1stweek
4thweek- small event with all KISA members (Hiking, Picnic etc)

l This 4th week (25th), we’ll go to 여의도, to enjoy cherry blossom festival and also play some games with all KISA members.

2. Discuss how different student association to cooperate together

3. Plan & Scheduling

l Post each members schedule on the web club for OC member.
l Talk about this later more detail

4. Projects

A. Web Page

l Web team- Eunhye and Kimi
l Within the next week, the form or layout will be confirmed.

B. Member Database Management

l Collect data on next week
l Send a information (phone number, e-mail address etc) about whoever interested in KISA to Damian or Selina.

C. Funding

l Collect 5,000won to all member monthly
l Ask about supporting money to Seoul Global Center (There is a program support 80% of budget.)

5. Open discussion

l Please keep on time!
l Let’s make name card, brochure, and banner (design will be done by Eunhye)
